We wish to thank you for your kind assistance in ensuring
our trip to Hanoi recently – 19 April 2007 to 23 April 2007
a comfortable and memorable one.
We would like to personally thank Mr

If possible, we would like to have Mr
Truong’s e-mail address in order for us to send him some

Some of my friends are already planning for Hanoi trip and

Spinkston Family Trip
Dear
Thanh Huong (Ms),
Our
family would like to pass on our sincere thanks for our
recent wonderful trip to Vietnam. We thoroughly enjoyed
all the places we visited and our guides were very professional
and helpful.
One
thing I’d like to bring to your attention is the accommodation
in Vung Tau. The Dic Star hotel was very nice however
it did not cater for Western tourists. The breakfast buffet
was limited to Vietnamese food only and we found that
we could not change our travellers cheques at the hotel.
We
enjoyed the trip so much we plan to return in 2008 and
will definitely use your services when we have more of
an idea for an itinerary. We will also happily recommend
your services to anyone else in Australia planning a trip
to Vietnam.
We
hope that Hieu’s sister has fully recovered from her recent
operation and wish her well.
Regards,
Jayne

Dear
Huong Tina,
We are back from holiday in Cambodia and Vietnam for a
few days and would like to thank you very much for your
help. Everything was arranged very good and we had really
a great holiday! If I knew it in advance you would have
been allowed to arrange the whole trip, because excursions
arranged through your agency were very good!
I hope in future when we have other clients travelling
to Vietnam you would like to help us again!
Best regards from sunny Holland,

Hello Tina,
We have been home a week now and are finally rested and over
jet lag.
We
left Vietnam and spent a week in Korea before flying back
to the USA from Seoul.
I want to tell you how very much we enjoyed our tour of Vietnam.
Everything you arranged for us was top notch. The guides,
the drivers,
the hotels and the food couldn't have been better. I
think that we did
mention only one restaurant that we didn't care for...the
Hong Kong
Restaurant in Halong Bay. We were very impressed with
your company, and
when we come back, we will certainly contact you. And,
in fact, we hope
to send many customers your way.
We were sorry not to see you face to face while we were in
Hanoi, but maybe next time.
Thank you again for arranging an unforgettable journey.

Hi Tina,
Thank you for organising our Vietnam Trip.
We all had a fantastic time and enjoyed ourselves immensely.
I would like to comment that ALL of our tour guides
were FANTASTIC.
They made us feel welcomed, were friendly, had great
people skills and
were always willing to help. I would specially
like to comment on our
second tour guide Bing, he was wonderful and we really
appreciated his
enthusiasm to teach us Vietnamese history. He
is very knowledgeable and
should be commended on his outstanding people skills.
We would also like to commend all the drivers for their
friendliness and
skill in driving in peak hour traffic! :)
We
loved all the different places this tour took us on and the
hotels
were good, especially the one at halong bay (although
we were confused
why we kept been givem twin rooms as we requested doubles).
I would like to say however that we were not happy with
the REX hotel as
it was very noisy and not as nice as the other hotels.
I think when we
go back we will be requesting another hotel at Ho Chi
Ming city.
This tour was definitely a highlight and we are all
definitely keen to
go back next year so we will definitely be keeping in
touch with you.
We will also be recommending it to our friends and family.
Thank you again and we will hopefully be in touch in
2008!
Kind regards,
Arani

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
My wife and I live in Canada, and were planning a trip to
Vietnam.
We had heard good things about Sinhcafe, and began to make
enquiries through that way. We came into contact with
Mr Thanh Tung, of your 30 Hang Be St, Hanoi, office.
He provided us with prompt replies to our many questions.
He was very good at making, and changing, arrangements.
As a result, our time in Vietnam was extremely enjoyable.
He has an excellent ability to understand our needs, and to
work with us to make an itinerary tailored to our individual
requests.
I would also like to mention the very helpful and courteous
way that Ms Hoang Thao dealt with us. She is also extremely
efficient.
I have asked Mr Thanh Tung to pass this message on to the
supervisor. You are free to quote me to others, to tell them
about the good people that you have at Sinhcafe.
Sincerely yours,
John Thompson, Box 335, Dorset P0A 1E0, Ontario, Canada.

There were a few minor glitches along the way but we would
like in particular to commend Hien who gave us excellent attention
on the Hanoi section of the tour and we felt that he carried
out his tour guide duties in a very professional manner. Please
pass on our best regards to him and tell him I tried to send

the email did not transmit(maybe a wrong address) We hope

Dear Mr Nam
Thank you for your concern. My father is doing very well and
is eating and
walking. Once again thank you very much for the help you and
your company
gave us. In particular I would like to thank Mr Long in HCMC,
my mother
said she could not have coped without him. When I get back
to Australia I
will write a longer letter. I will also write to Lonely Planet
to let them
know how good you were to us.
Sincerely

Dear Mr Nam
Just a short note to thank you once more for all the trouble
you and your company went to on our recent tour of Vietnam.
My father is well now and will have another operation here
in Australia in a few months time. After that he should be
back to normal.
My family and I really appreciate everything you did for us.
We were still able to enjoy our time in Vietnam even though
my father was in hospital. You and your company could not
have made it easier for us. We are very grateful for the tours,
meals and accommodation you arranged for us at such short
notice and that you did not charge us for all the problems
we caused you. We had a lot to worry about in Ho Chi Minh
City with my father's illness and trying to answer all the
questions our insurance agent had about paying my fathers
medical bills and it was nice to know that you tried to make
sure we had a good time.
I would also like to let you know that we thought the three
guides we had were very good. In particular, Mr Long in Ho
Chi Minh City was fantastic. He really helped my parents on
their first night in HCMC when they had so many decisions
to make. He looked after my mother until she left the hospital
at 10.30pm and even then took her to a restaurant to make
sure she had something to eat. Mr Long is a very good guide.
He has a good knowledge and is also a very entertaining person
and very good company - I would recommend him.
When we got home to Australia, we told our travel agent about
your company. Booking tour packages through Australia for
Vietnam is very expensive and usually costs US$100 per day
per person without airfares. Our travel agent, Ros is thinking
of travelling to Vietnam so we gave her your company's details.
I hope she contacts you. Hopefully she will recommend you
to other people enquiring about Vietnam. I also wrote to Lonely
Planet about how well we were treated by your company. Please
let me know if I can do anything else for you and write to
anyone else to recommend you.
Once again, many, many thanks from my family and myself.

Hello !
we just returned from VietNam on Saturday, as you know. Thanks
very much
for all of your arrangements and help. I would like to give
you some
feedback on your service.
- email response - GREAT ! It was very, very
helpful to me to be able to
discuss quickly with you by email, so thanks very much !
- visa on arrival - please feedback to the government; this
is exactly the
kind of action needed to stimulate tourism. If we had to get
the visa from
the embassy or consulate, we would have chosen a different
destination. I
also see that they are now issuing on arrival visas to Japanese,
so that is
a good step !!!
- tour guides - we greatly enjoyed travelling with Miss Nhu
!!! She had a
good knowledge about the tombs and pagoda. She also explained
about a lot
of Vietnamese culture, history and background. She has a very
pleasant
personality and she always went the extra step to make sure
our everything
was satisfactory; several times she checked the menu in advance
to make
sure we were not eating the same foods for every meal. This
is the kind of
enthusiasm, anticipation and service that will serve her well
in the
future. Please feel free to send these comments to her, as
well as my
email address; she still has one question she needs to answer
for us !!!
Thanks. Also, Mr. Tuan explained My Son quite well and we
appreciated his
tour. We also appreciated Miss Van in Hoi An. Although she
was not a tour
guide, she tried her best to help us given the situation.
Mr. Giap was a
nice man as well
- meal situation - the food was delicious but it was too much
!!! I think
we should have booked half-board only ..... or maybe most
people eat more
than we do ?
- overall - I have to say that the Hanoi/Halong Bay and Hue
pieces were
well-handled. Somehow, the communication broke down in Hoi
An. Perhaps it
is because you do not have strong local support ? In the end,
everything
worked out okay. We are fairly experienced travellers so the
problems were
not so big for us. But for others, it might not have been
a good
situation. So perhaps you might consider giving people the
local phone
numbers for support.
Thanks again for your help. We really enjoyed
visiting VietNam and would
like to recommend your agency to any who ask.
Best wishes for the New Year !
Janice Dyer
